Think out loud
Interviewers grade what they can hear.
Because solving a problem and performing while solving it are different tasks.
Interviewers assess reasoning they can hear. A candidate who thinks silently for four minutes and produces perfect code often scores below one who talks through a decent approach.
Which means practice has to be out loud and observed. Problems solved comfortably alone build the wrong habit, and the gap only shows up when it's expensive.
The rest is material: a handful of real stories, a structure for design questions, and a plan for the offer stage. All of it preparable, none of it reliant on anyone's leaked question bank.
